The member or shareholder equity module is specifically for co-operative based dairy processors. It provides for the management of share equity, transactions between member/shareholders, dividend calculations and voting entitlements for members and shareholders. Functionality includes:
- Definition of share/security types
- Issue of shares to member/shareholders, and management of all transactions, i.e. issue, transfer, cancellation etc
- Definition of annual (or other) shareholder meetings, printing of voting papers, management of voting entitlements, vote entry and reporting
- Calculation and payment of dividends
- Compliance with taxation regimes
- Dividend re-investment
- Management and member based reporting
