For dairy companies that operate as co-operatives, Madcap provides an integrated module to manage share holdings, trading, dividend payments and voting entitlements.
Multiple share/security types can be managed, along with all of the transactions required to buying, selling and transferring of holdings. Transactions are defined in advance, and system allows those transactions to be performed at a particular point in time. Transactions are able to be rolled forward, and back, will full transparency.
The module allows the definition of annual shareholder meetings, printing of ballot papers, management of voting entitlements, vote entry and reports.
Calculation and payments of dividends is also a feature.
Again all standard reports are provided and the report writer can be used to create your own reports if required.
